Eligible Staff
The Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ benefit program provides development opportunities through the tuition support plan. The Tuition Support Program is a benefit available to eligible Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ employees and their eligible dependents, allowing them to participate in academic courses at the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ at a reduced cost. Eligible employees also have the opportunity to take non-credit courses offered through Continuing Education.
Eligible staff members may use tuition support benefits to support their continued education in academic credit courses offered at the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ for themselves and their eligible dependents. The staff member must be eligible prior to the start date of the session, but the benefit is based on their status on the fee deadline.
The summer 2026 tuition support application period is closed. The form will open for fall 2026 just prior to the start date of the session.
The Academic Tuition Support Application webpage opens a couple of weeks prior to the start date of the term (Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring) session and remains open until the tuition fee deadline date.
The maximum benefit for an undergraduate half-course is $738.66 and the maximum benefit for a graduate course is $980.34.
Eligible staff members may use tuition support benefits towards Continuing Education courses.
Staff members can bundle up to 3 courses within a specific Cont Ed certificate listed below, and will be treated as one course if registration for all occurs at the same time and the course start date is in the same benefit year:

Eligibility is based on the staff group and appointment type. If uncertain of either, refer to your letter of offer or contact the Integrated Service Centre.
